Please, read the checkout form carefully and fill it out as completely as possible. I will be in touch with you via email to schedule your reading within 24 hours of receiving your order. I will do my best to accommodate your requested times, and I do appreciate your flexibility! Once we have settled on a time, I'll send you an email invitation to our meeting. Please, be available and on time. Also, please be in a private, quiet setting where you'll be able to focus and listen without distraction (i.e. - not while driving or needing to attend to small children or pets.)

Cancellation Policy

If you are needing to cancel a virtual meeting via Google Meet, I ask that you please do so with at least 24 hours notice. However, rather than canceling it entirely, you have the option of either re-scheduling or of changing your order to an email reading, which you do not need to be in a specific place at a specific time for. There is no additional charge for this.

If something comes up and you do need to cancel "day of," you can change your order to an email reading for no additional charge. If you want to re-schedule, you will be charged the 50% cancellation fee.

If you wish to cancel an order completely, you will still be held responsible for half the amount of the original order and the other half will be refunded to you. 

Refund Policy

If a reading has been delivered on time, whether virtually or via email, there will be NO REFUNDS.

If the delivery of a reading is delayed due to my own (Eli's) negligence or disorganization, a refund of $5 per day will be issued for however many days late the reading is.  If delivery is delayed due to my own illness, they will be re-scheduled at no extra charge for virtual readings and a discount voucher will be issued for additional services for email readings. 

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. If I do so, your payment will be refunded in full. 

Follow-up Policy

All readings include up to 2 follow-ups in the price of the reading. Should you feel like you need additional follow-ups beyond that, I ask that you wait at least one month for things to unfold. If, after that you still feel like you're needing more insight into the situation, I ask that you purchase an additional reading. 

I'm a shipping policy. I'm a great place to add more information about your shipping methods, packaging and cost. Providing straightforward information about your shipping policy is a great way to build trust and reassure your customers that they can buy from you with confidence.
