Cancellation Policy
If you are needing to cancel a virtual meeting via Google Meet, I ask that you please do so with at least 24 hours notice. However, rather than canceling it entirely, you have the option of either re-scheduling or of changing your order to an email reading, which you do not need to be in a specific place at a specific time for. There is no additional charge for this.
To change your reading to an email reading, please email me at eli@joyfulwarriorastrology.com at least 24 hours before your appointment. Your appointment will not be cancelled, but you will not be held responsible for showing up for it.
If something comes up and you do need to cancel "day of," you can change your order to an email reading for no additional charge. Or you can reschedule for the 50% cancellation fee.
If you wish to cancel an order completely, you will still be held responsible for half the amount of the original order and the other half will be refunded to you.
Refund Policy
If a reading has been delivered on time, whether virtually or via email, there will be NO REFUNDS.
If the delivery of a reading is delayed due to my own (Eli at Joyful Warrior's) negligence or disorganization, a refund of $5 per day will be issued for however many days late the reading is. If delivery is delayed due to my own illness; for virtual readings, they will be re-scheduled and a discount code will be issued for additional services; for email readings, they will be delivered as soon as possible and a discount code will be issued for additional services.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. If I do so, your payment will be refunded in full.
Follow-up Policy
All readings include up to 2 follow-ups in the price of the reading. Should you feel like you need additional follow-ups beyond that, I ask that you wait at least one month for things to unfold. If after that you still feel like you're needing more insight into the situation, I ask that you purchase an additional reading.
